What Were The Challenges?
Despite its complexity, the venture posed many challenges. Completing the design and integration stages within the predetermined time limit proved to be a daunting task.
The client requested features that couldn’t be developed with existing packages; thus, our developers had to perform research and trial-and-error experiments to build new packages from scratch.
To ensure a smooth development process, changes had to be made to the architecture to allocate distinct tasks to each of the multiple developers.
